Five outstanding experts, including Yu-Hwa Choi, Managing Director of Quratis, were awarded from the Korean Health Industry Development Institute.

On the 28th, Yu-Hwa Choi, Managing Director of Quratis (CEO: Kwan-Gu Cho) was awarded the "Korean Health Industry Development Institute's Award" at 6th Korea Pharmaceutical Industry innovation and practicalization.

Yu-Hwa Choi has introduced early technologies for tuberculosis vaccines in partnership with IDRI of the United States, and will propulsion schedule for global clinical trials in five Asian countries. In addition, Yu-Hwa Choi played a key role in signing a 1.2 trillion won technology transfer contract with a state-owned Indonesian company in November 2019, contributing greatly to the global market.

The award was established with the cooperation of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute to strengthen global competitiveness and promote research and development of new drugs by discovering and awarding experts who have greatly contributed in R&D strategy planning, global marketing, business development, licensing, and production to enhance market value, including the practicalization of new and improved pharmaceutical industries centered on research and development.
