"BCG inoculation", effective in preventing Corona19? ...Conducting experiments in Australia

The U.S. research team said, "Chorona 19 mortality, depending on the BCG inoculation system...Twenty-one-fold"

A test will be conducted to verify whether the so-called "BCG vaccine," known as the "bulb injection" in Korea, is effective in preventing new coronavirus infections (Korona 19), Bloomberg News reported Thursday.
Recently, researchers at NYIT Biomedical Research Institute (NYIT) published an analysis on the website (MedRxiv) that BCG inoculation lowers the mortality rate from Corona19 infection.
According to the report, Corona19 deaths in 55 countries that implement BCG vaccinations averaged 0.78 per million people, far lower than 16.30 deaths in five countries (Italy, the U.S., Levanon, the Netherlands and Belgium) that do not have BCG inoculation policies. It is 21 times the difference in simple figures.

BCG vaccines affect the production of interlucin-1beta (IL-1β), which plays an important role in anti-viral immunity, not only in tuberculosis but also in fighting other respiratory diseases.

Though not directly mentioned in the report, South Korea also began vaccinating infants in 1962.
"The fatality rate of Corona19 in Italy, which has never carried out a typical BCG inoculation, is very high," the researchers said. "It suggests that BCG provides a continuous preventive effect against coronavirus."
This report represents a significant correlation between BCG vaccines and coronavirus, but it does not prove a direct causality.

The Netherlands is also known to have begun clinical trials.

While it is expected to take at least a year to develop the Korona19 vaccine, attention is drawn to the fact that the BCG vaccine is effective in curbing the Corona19 outbreak.
