• QTP104 is a next-generation mRNA vaccine (repRNA: involved in self-amplification mRNA) encoding the Spike(S) protein of SARS-CoV-2. repRNA is capable of inducing a strong immune response with a smaller amount than simple mRNA vaccines by inserting replicase that is involved in self-amplifying. In addition, it has the advantage that there is no PEG-related allergic side effect by using LION formulation that doesn’t contain PEG components as a delivery material.
